Fantastic! They removed 12 old rotten wooden single pane windows and replaced with energy efficient vinyl windows. Changes the look of the house. We’re very pleased.

The window installation was great. However the experience started well before that. From the very beginning of the process it was excellent. Doug set a time to come out and see what we needed. He was on time and professional. He asked us questions to see what we had in mind instead of push something on us we didn't need. He also knew his stuff. He understood what the specific codes were so that we would have no issues with the inspections. He set the proper expectations right up front. It always makes me nervous when people over promise. He was very thorough and explained things in a way we could understand. The price was very very good, lower than several other bids. The quality of the windows is beyond what I expected and the workmanship was great. We notice such a huge difference now. There's less outside noise, better temperatures inside and the look is amazing! Thank you Doug for your help and expertise. We really appreciate it. Oh and to mention, our neighbors wound up buying from Doug too. Thanks again. These windows will pay for themselves.
