"This company was amazing. After often having trouble finding a good contractor that finishes this was them. Dominick came to our home and walked us through the entire process. He came back a few times with design options for us. We found what we wanted. He then assigned Brian to be the frontman to our project. I got calls daily and nightly about the operations and next days plan. Brian also stopped by twice daily. The crews were great and even my neighbors were pleased with how neat, clean and polite they were. No messes ever left behind. At then end, the price was what it was agreed to be, no surprises, the pool as good if not better then we expected and no problems at all."

"Scammers - SOLAR CLIENTS BEWARE. Paid this company to "commission" my solar system. Tech couldnt even get the system connected to wifi! He wasted a ton of time with me over the phone, I have video feed of his sitting in his car for 22 minutes straight, all time of which i'm being charged for. He didn't even get the system registered to my name on the Enlighten App! He tells me i have 24 total panels when in fact i have 38 panels, proving the guy didnt even get up on the roof. He knew nothing and literally did zero part of the "commissioning" of the system, leaves without telling me what he did or didnt do, i'm thinking the job is done until the lady behind the desk calls me in more than a harrassing manor to collect payment. She explained a bunch of nonsense to me (come to find out once I hired a new company who actually knew what they were doing) that I had to pay another near $1400 (invoice recieved) to get the system up and running so that I can see it online etc etc. I denied the"

I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. "This is the most unhonorable company I have ever used. We have been paying $163 a month for lawn care/fertilization. Our front yard was maintained but the back was clearly not given the same attention. We had new sod installed in a portion of our backyard in Feb 2023 and were told they "knew how to handle new sod" and they would make sure it was treated properly. In May/June we noticed the sod started to turn brown/yellow. We notified McGuire of the issue immediately and finally someone came out to notify us of having to adjust our watering and that they "treated it". In July the lawn crew came to mow and my husband asked them if they could take care of the weeds we had growing in our new sod. To which they replied "sure we can do that". I watched them outback with a spray pump and within 2 days the grass had large patches that completely killed the grass. We have been in contact with them about these issues and they "looked into it". We were told that the lawn crew did not spray anything and that they don't even have spray pumps to carry around. So now I am a liar?? Why would I lie about something like this?? What an awful thing to do to a customer who has been paying you $163 a month to not even do the job properly. Several times they have had to come back because they couldn't even mow the grass properly. They would use a weed whacker instead of bringing the mower to the back. They would miss several spots, weeds in flower bed etc. They would come out after we put in a ticket but why would I even have to bother making sure the service I am paying for is done and done right? Ridiculous. I should have listened to the previous negative reviews. Now they want me to pay for KILLING my grass. Grass that I worked hard to pay for. Obviously they do not care. Especially when people will continue to pay these high amounts for a 10min half done job. I don't know what happened to customer service but it surely doesn't exist here. PLEASE TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
