Tom took the time and extra effort to explain to both myself and husband on the required position of the small switches below the valves for our pool and spa. He inspected our system and corrected the issue. He was polite, courteous and patient even in the extreme heat of the day. Exceptional customer service and very informative.

We have three A/C systems and Symbiont has replaced all of them over the years. We have been able to buy good used units much of the time from them as the salt spray where we live eats the aluminum fins on the compressor units. This has saved us a lot of money over the purchase of new units. This time we didn't get off so easily, the attic coil unit had a slow leak and had to be replaced, so it was time to switch over to a system with the new freon. Even so, it cost less that we thought it would because the attic coil had to be disassembled and the pieces passed through a small attic access. Two men showed up about 8 am of the day they were scheduled to come, and they were finished the afternoon of the next day. They had told us ahead of time it would be a two day installation. They put down brown roll paper on the floor from the front door to the closet where the access door was located and taped it in place, and swept up after themselves when they finished. Since 1999 we have used them a number of times, but this was the biggest job we have had with them. They are a sizable firm with over 40 employees, and they rotate who is on call on week ends, so if something goes out then, they are available. From what I know, they do air conditioning and heating in the local Englewood, Venice, Port Charlotte area, and do geo thermal installations statewide in Florida. We have always been satisfied with them. They are courteous and know their business. I recommend them highly. Also, they have recommended some things I could do to avoid repairs, including spraying the fins of our A/C units with corrosion inhibitor and also attaching anti corrosion zinc and quot;grenadesand quot; to our outdoor units. They don't stop corrosion, but they slow it up. It is the same thing they use on oil platforms out in the gulf.

The sales rep was very helpful and professional in explaining everything. The installers were polite, clean, professional and on time! They installed a regular digital thermostat that was not programmable. When I questioned that type and requested a fully programmable digital thermostat, they replaced it within hours with charging extra! They really stood behind what they sold me!
