"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

If the part is specialized like the main control board or something we do not have on hand, our techs will try to pick it up locally THAT DAY and return to complete the job! "They could not charge $170 for their technician to come to my house for all of 20 minutes just so they could use a wingnut and 8" of electrical tape to "fix" my range. The way their "technician" left my stove was completely unsafe. They should be ashamed of themselves. Had we not known better to check, and known something was wrong... we could've had a fire. My husband called to chew them out and they refunded everything but that doesn't get any pat on the back from me. If we didn't know better, they could've killed us... that doesn't change regardless of whether or not we got our money back. Shame on you."
