+ -1 moreTook much too long. Granted, the part delivery was delayed over a week due to excuses and a holiday. I'm grateful that the tech came out on Saturday 11/21 when first called. But it took 10 days to receive and install the defective control board! Please understand, I don't blame Bay Area Appliances, they could have kept me in the loop better, but of course they couldn't replace a part they didn't have and couldn't find.
