+ -1 moreThey could not charge $170 for their technician to come to my house for all of 20 minutes just so they could use a wingnut and 8" of electrical tape to "fix" my range. The way their "technician" left my stove was completely unsafe. They should be ashamed of themselves. Had we not known better to check, and known something was wrong... we could've had a fire. My husband called to chew them out and they refunded everything but that doesn't get any pat on the back from me. If we didn't know better, they could've killed us... that doesn't change regardless of whether or not we got our money back. Shame on you.
