"I purchased a home 10 months ago in which there had been evidence of an old leak. The seller assured me that the leak issue had been fixed. We had gone through several rains without any problems, however with this past snow event, the same area started leaking. I had buckets everywhere trying to catch the leaks. I contacted McCain Roofing and spoke with Richard. I told him about the issues I was having, and he said he would be here that day! You don’t get that from too many roofing companies or any companies for that matter. He explained to me what the problem was in that the seller did not use the proper roofing materials for a flat roof, therefore once the snow melted it had nowhere to go and instead of melting off the roof it melted down into the roof into my library. He not only was here that day assessing and providing me an estimate but was here the very next day to complete the work! He was very professional and so was his crew. After 20 years of spending summer and winter vacations at our family home in Rehoboth Beach, we made the move in August of 2019 and enrolled our daughter in Rehoboth Elementary School as well. While we are new to the area as full time residents, we have a long family history in Delaware. Lamb Residential Services primary focus is older homes. With 2 decades experience, we can manage large renovations and restorations, as well as maintenance and the small tasks of historic homes.
