Wow! Look no further than McCain Contracting for any exterior job you need done. I had a piece of metal hanging from my roof. Had no idea what to do to have it repaired. Called McCain and they promptly came to my home the next day, and had the materials and fixed it promptly and efficiently. They really know what they're doing. And, the price was reasonable. Very professional guys, and I loved how quickly they responded. They are terrific, and I would use them for any exterior work I need done. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased a home 10 months ago in which there had been evidence of an old leak. The seller assured me that the leak issue had been fixed. We had gone through several rains without any problems, however with this past snow event, the same area started leaking. I had buckets everywhere trying to catch the leaks. I contacted McCain Roofing and spoke with Richard. I told him about the issues I was having, and he said he would be here that day! You don’t get that from too many roofing companies or any companies for that matter. He explained to me what the problem was in that the seller did not use the proper roofing materials for a flat roof, therefore once the snow melted it had nowhere to go and instead of melting off the roof it melted down into the roof into my library. He not only was here that day assessing and providing me an estimate but was here the very next day to complete the work! He was very professional and so was his crew. I highly recommend McCain Contracting!

Great experience with Richard from start to finish. His crew was courteous, they work well together and get the work done. We have a large roof with a lot of elevations and repairs, and it was done in only 2 days. The price was great and the quality of work was high.

We got a recommendation through our local Milford Facebook page and called McCain Contracting at 8 am and they came out that afternoon and repaired our shingles. Couldnâ t ask for a better experience highly recommend these guys.

It was a pleasure working with Richard McCain, he and his workers were on time did a wonderful job from beginning to end. They cleaned up my entire yard after they were done. I appreciated Richard being at my house the entire time from start to finish working/overseeing the entire job.

they came on time and were finished by noon. and no mess left behind. i am confident that few if any nails will find the way to my mower tires. two heavy rains latter and no sign of leaks. A first class job all around.

Cleaned up all there materials and it was like, they were never here.. Iâ m not even thinking about using anyone else for my siding!!

I was approved for a full roof replacement by my insurance company. McCain contracting was the company I chose to hire based on the numerous positive reviews. They honored the quote they gave me even though the shingles I originally requested were not in stock and the alternate was more expensive. Richard’s team arrived 10 minutes early and completed all work the same day. They restored the surrounding area back to its original state. Mike was the Supervisor on-site and he was very professional and answered all my questions.

I called five places and got 3 actual bids. McCain 's bid was lower because they have little overhead and presented as being honest and fair.
