"Would give 0 stars if possible. Willing to take money for a job upfront and not really willing to follow through with all of the work. Have a brand new pellet stove I can’t use because they “don’t” do permit work. I’m not sure who they think is supposed to get it approved and provide the documentation since they pulled and submitted the permit. You’d expect for this kind of money (~$8K for this job) that all aspects of the job would be taken care of instead of the homeowner having to figure out how to get the inspector the uL rating on some foil wrapping the contractor used. Beyond frustrated with this company and will never use again. They took initial payment in July of 2024 and only have months of phone calls did they finally do the job only to bail on completion at the permit stage. -1 stars?"

The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional, but the real issue lies with their so-called "project manager" Danielle and the rest of the company. The work was incomplete, and when I requested an invoice and pictures, I received the pictures immediately but had to wait days for the invoice. When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job. The invoice listed charges for installation and chimney caps, which were supposed to be free according to the technicians. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates.
