Great communication with me from Derick. Very expert, lots of information, easy to review issues (use of videos, etc), was all very good. The property has tenants, and my one criticism of Safeside would be that the workmen would need things to do their job, but I as the owner didn't have the info. The tenants would have to tell me that the workmen needed to come into the home. I was told that they didn't. In the end, it was not that consequential, but we did hear it from our tenants.

had to call them back for sloppy work took them a long time and many calls to get results. was not happy that they broke the fire wall to put in the flue and was not told this had to be done.
