"Our split unit air conditioner was under performing. Paul performed a thorough inspection of the system. During the process he used his experience and state of the art testing equipment. He kept us informed of his findings and also explained how to consider solutions. The issue turned out to be a build of of pollen and dust deep inside the wall unit. He opened it up and removed every component carefully cleaning each surface and crevice. Paul is very personable and considerate. He took precautions to protect our wall and flooring. He was also attentive to the integrity of all the parts he cleaned. Now the air conditioner is as clean as a new unit. It is efficient, quiet and we are cool again. Thank you, Paul"

"Horrible service. Although the product defects do not reflect the company, the follow up and customer service were HORRIBLE! The owner, Donald, accused me of "squeaking" because I questioned things. Also, I was accused of having them come out to my house for NO Reason! I spent about $12,000.00 for mini splits and a hybrid hot water heater in the fall of 2022. Sensors have repeatedly been defective on the mini splits. Once again, not the owner's fault, HOWEVER, POOR follow up. Then the annual cleaning was due and I was quoted a price. Upon completion, I was charged $60.00 MORE for the can of cleaner! That should have been part of the original quote, as my husband had been diagnosed with a terminal illness since all this and we are on a fixed budget! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! As of this review, I have been told that I will be refunded the $60.00 for the can of cleaner........holding my breath!"

"Juan responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the broken part. Fortunately, Juan had the part in his truck and was able to get my furnace working again. The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."

"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."
