They did a really good job, removal of old and installation of the new went timely and works very well. So far, I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again .

This service was called for an annual maintenance on a gas boiler. The unit was running fine I was doing my due diligence for the winter. Service was performed professionally up to the point of booking, sending someone in (basically until they got me as a costumer). I requested the company to call me during my initial appointment after the service is done to update me on their recommendations (I am landlord on this single-family house). They agreed but I NEVER heard back. My tenant who was there when the service was done told me the service man said the unit is in good condition but does recommend a part replacement in a few months and will call me with a quote. I called them the following Monday (service on a Friday) and was told by a female employee the person who conducted the service will call me back, this did not happen. I called again in two weeks, was promised a call back, again nothing. At this point I withhold payment because I need a call back for service rendered (I have no idea what part needs replacement and general update of the unit). I called again in about another two weeks (last Thursday), again was promised call back and never heard a thing. This is three attempts on my part and no follow up from Wyman. Last night, a month and 13 days after the service was performed my gas boiler failed to function. I owed the house since 2014, the first time I went with Wyman my unit failed after their service. This is after they told me the gas boiler is in good condition. I called this morning and despite on their website the office is open at 7:30am, I got the answering service up until about 8:30am. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and basically instead of taking responsibility for the multiple failed promises of calling a costumer back, and the fact the unit was just service by Wyman then failed to function he was more concerned about the bill. It was below freezing last night, concerned about frozen pipes, I asked him to send someone out today and he right out said no (Wyman website listed emergency 24-hour service). He said he will call back and hang up on me. I called back in about 1.5 hours, someone else picked up and said they will call back in a few minutes. I waited for another 30 minutes and called another company on Angie’s list. This new company promised to send someone out in an hour. Their service man is at my house right now fixing the problem and updating me as he go. Wyman finally called me back for the first time after I already booked a service with someone else (really at this point can I even believe Wyman will call back?), the same person who hang up on me earlier finally told me what the recommended replacement part is and said he can send someone out today but I need to paid first. At this point I had already decided to cut my loses with Wyman and paid them about two hours earlier. I told him I have paid and decided to go with someone else, he hang up on me again. This is by far the most unprofessional business I have encountered in my life. I went with them because they are A rated on Angie’s list. Do not trust their ratings. Safe yourself from months of frustration and wasted money and go with another company.

Perfect. They were are time, quickly identified the problem. Serviced quickly. Recommended future maintenance. Very, Very good experience.

The young man who came was thorough and didn't rush. He worked **** ** the vent pipe until he and I both heard that wonderful strong whistle sound.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond the tune up. Needed a part replaced and did it on the spot - although didn't like the fact that the tech said it was $200, but then invoiced it for $240. Other than that great and knowledgeable!

Furnace failure. They we're going to do cleaning but instead did inspection and decommission. Very helpful and thorough.

The visit/service was absolutely to my satisfaction, performed professionally and no signs of mess afterwards. The only oops was that they sent the assigned tech in the wrong direction, making him 2-3 hours late, but they admitted fault and reduced the price as a show of good faith without me asking for it (nor would I have thought to ask). Very happy with the service.

I have been a customer for almost 40 years. I like them. I am a very happy customer. They are always very responsive anytime I call about anything. They are very prompt with their service. I think their price is reasonable. They are just great to deal with. I will use them again and I would recommend them.

Great service. After Kevin came out to give us a quote to replace our AC unit, our appointment was booked quickly and Mike arrived right on schedule. My husband, who would normally "monitor" the project, was travelling for work so I was nervous that I would miss something but Mike made sure to explain exactly what steps he was taking and why, even checking in with me several times to make sure that I understood. We haven't had to replace an AC unit before but based on online research Kevin's quote was reasonable and there weren't any surprise costs tagged on at the end.

They are reliable and pleasant to deal with.

There is no better company for service or oil delivery. Always available and on time for whatever needs we had.

The technician Bill showed up and was very courteous and professional. He described all of the work that he performed and also pointed out that the wrong nozzle was installed on the furnace and replaced it with the correct one. Excellent work and the furnace is running perfectly. Highly recommend.

It was the first time we ever used them. They were supposed to come at ten, and they called us earlier this morning, I guess they had a cancellation, and said they could come early. We agreed and they came out, so we got the job done earlier than we expected. And they actually gave us an Angie’s discount which was very nice.

They have great service, for heating and cooling and plumbing. They come on time. There usually is no window in which they will show up, usually a specific time. All of there technicians have been polite and professional. They always explain what they are doing and what the problem is. Today was an emergency call so they were not sure what time they'd be here but despite that they were here within 2 hours. I've been using them for about 15 years and their service is the best of any company I have ever used.

Greg and Trevor showed up on time. They explained what they were going to do. They were polite and professional at all times. Even though they had to wait on other workers to use the hose, they were patient and got the job done. Upon my request, Greg explained a bit more about how to maintain the AC. Everything was done well.

We have been with Wyman's for as long as we've lived in this house, which has been 51 years. In all that time, they have delivered our oil automatically, we have never gone without or been in danger of running out of oil. They are prompt with our furnace cleanings and keep detailed records. They keep track of when our furnace's next maintenance is required, so we don't have to. The best of the best in servicing homes with oil! I'm certain they are just as diligent in all their other services, as well, as they serve thousands in our communities.

Over the years they serviced the original oil burner and furnace in my home. When the original burner and furnace reached 42 years old they installed a new more efficient burner and furnace. They replaced and disposed my 55 year old fuel tank. I just renewed my annual service/maintenance contract and continue to depend on them for automatic fuel delivery.

I scheduled a routine maintenance of the A/C system for a Monday at 1:00 p.m. Two hours went by and no call, no show. I called the office and they had the technician call me back. He said that due to the extreme hot weather there were lots of emergency A/C calls and he was running very late. I could not wait any longer so we agreed to reschedule for the following Monday at 9:00 a.m. Again, 10:30 a.m. and no call, no show. I called the office and they gave me a similar excuse at which point I cancelled the appointment. I had no desire to begin a relationship with a company that cannot be reliable. I scheduled my time around them twice. They caused me great inconvenience, twice, and did not even call, either time, to account for their absence. I'm a new Angie's List member and now I'm wondering whether I should be relying on Angie.
