I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. "I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and I took the day off of work. They were to come between 7-9 am. I waited. At 9 AM I called to see where the tech was. They said he came, knocked and even waited 15 minutes. I was home. My adult daughter was too. We were sitting 15 feet from the door. We could see the driveway. No knocks and no doorbell. He never actually came. The tech was lying or went to the wrong address. They said the soonest they could reschedule was 12/26. I will be changing delivery companies. Also, wait times on the phone are excessive."
