"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

I called Advanced Exteriors for a second opinion and Sean Tillotson came to our home to assess the damage. Not only was our roof damaged but we had gutter, paint, and windows damaged. "GS Exterior Experts is a highly professional organization and did a superb job on the re-siding of our home. From the first contact with Ernest to the final walk through with Oswald, everything was top-notch! Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task. The entire hard working crew was pleasant, positive, respectful and worked together incredibly well throughout the entire project, finishing on schedule despite having to do some extra work and adjustments to the original plan. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing each day, despite the cold temperatures (late December at an elevation of 8,000 ft). The attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen in watching over 30 years of construction improvements by various crews on our house. (And that’s saying a lot as we have had really good luck with some fantastic construction crews over the years.) It really was amazing to watch how efficient and brilliant the crew was in making sure everything was done to perfection! They were true artists in their work. Any requests I had for specific details during the install were done exactly as asked with a smile. The same is true of any questions I had throughout the entire process. One of the crew members (Moses) was extremely helpful in fulfilling any requests and answering my questions and checking with me to make sure I was happy with specific results. I just cannot emphasize enough how well the work was done- the meticulous attention to detail was outstanding! Following completion (which was the evening before Christmas eve), the project manager Oswald took the time to do a final walk through with me a few days later, immediately taking care of the few tiny concerns I had. He, like the rest of the crew he manages, was amazing- so professional and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend using this company for any project involving services they offer. They definitely go above and beyond expectations."

"When last year's hail and windstorm damaged our roof, we knew it needed to be replaced. We took our time interviewing five different roofing contractors. After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Filing an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Darby and Tyler met our insurance adjuster on site and then spent a lot of time helping me understand the insurance estimate. Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project. I have nothing but praise for Bulldog roofing, but even more praise for the guy that IS Bulldog roofing to me. Darby, you'r simply the best and I'm so proud of how you do your business. "I couldn’t be happier! From the time Gary came to do my roof inspection to the final paperwork, everything went to smoothly. Gary gave me such honest advice and feedback. When the crew showed up to replace the roof, they were on time and worked so hard. Finished in the same day, including cleanup. Gutters were installed the next afternoon. It’s now two months later and all my neighbors are either still waiting for materials or have many issues with their installs. So glad I went with JR Roofing and avoided all those headaches. I hope I won’t be needing another roof anytime soon, but if I do, I will be using JR Roofing again without question. So happy!"
