David White got the ball rolling for me and was very good in communicating the steps to the new roof and then Gabe took over as the on site supervisor, both gentlemen were very professional and super easy to work with, I would highly recommend this company. the work was done while I was out of town, and they cleaned up and left it as they found it, awesome job to you and your team.

David was great to work with and helped me with the insurance process. The scheduling and job was done quickly and efficiently. The communication and expectations set were the best part. I always had someone I could text, email, or call to get quick answers. This helped a lot as I've never had a roof replaced before.

When we first met David White, we had an issue with what we thought was a leaky roof. David came out and carefully inspected and indicated we seemed to have a condensation problem in the attic but he couldn't pinpoint the source. We invited another roofing company as well and they offered to replace our turtle vents for a few hundred dollars. Fast forward to our first roof replacement 5 yrs ago due to age and the problem still existed so we knew it couldn't have been the roof or vents, just as David had indicated. Two summers ago, our air conditioner had to be replaced. The HVAC crew asked who had installed the whole house humidifier because the installer had used a DEhumidifier control panel which meant we'd never really had control of the humidity levels in the house...causing uncontrolled condensation. David had been right all along and had never offered to fix something that he couldn't prove was broken! We are so grateful for honesty and expertise like his! Also, last week while the roofing installers were out, a small piece of debris fell into one of our fan vents. One of your employees asked if he could come in and retrieve it so that it didn't cause any problems, which we thought was conscientious. While looking for the debris, which he found, he noticed that the fan had not been properly installed by the builders and asked if he could re-position it so that it was correct - what an above and beyond offer of help!

Excellent warranty work by Integrous. Their fix was comprehensive and thorough. It was an altogether good experience working with Dave (carpenter and drywall expert).

Integrous Roofing always goes above and beyond! As an insurance agent, I have been working with them for years, but just recently had them replace my roof after a summer of hail. Keith and David understand the insurance side of roofing and I appreciate that they are able to work seamlessly with claims adjusters. On my home we ran into some unexpected issues with work done by prior homeowners. The Integrous team helped make sure these issues were resolved properly, so that they could replace our roof. I especially commend David White for the work. He was a great sales person and resource during the process. He explained all the necessary changes and code differences since the previous roof was done. He was a great resource and extremely responsive about answering calls and messages with sensible explanations and effective action. The crew came on time and worked like crazy. There were a few glitches with the gutters, but they got corrected in a timely way

Every step of the process working with Integrous was fantastic. My rep, David, was very thorough and detailed throughout the entire process, helping to choose the best potential colors for the roof, discussing enhancements that could be made to the roof, and working directly with my insurance company to make sure they covered necessary upgrades or replacements for damaged items that were missed in the insurance estimate. The crew was prompt to arrive and did a great job managing the cleanliness and organization of the job throughout the process. The crew came back multiple times after the job was done to ensure that as much debris as possible was cleaned up and removed from the property. The crew leader, Cruz, even came back another time to do a final walkaround and make sure all aspects of the job were done right. I will recommend Integrous to anyone and everyone I know who needs a roof.

The project went perfectly from start to finish. Keith even helped with the State Farm adjuster inspection. Nail clean up was great. The crew was very pleasant and got the job done in one day (14 hours !!)

With over 3,000 roofing contractors in Colorado, trying to figure out who the trustworthy and top-quality player in the space were, we reached out to Angi for the first time. We contacted ix of the top-rated roofers and Integrous Roofing was the first to responded. The owner, Keith, reached out immediately (great first sign) only to be followed by his sales manager, David. Within 48 hours, David was at our home with his drone taking pictures and giving us the most detailed quote. We ended up with multiple quotes, but no one put the time and energy into the quote like Integrous. Within 10 days, we had a brand new roof that exceeded all of our expectations. The install was done in a day and a half and the installers left our place as neat and clean as they found it. Thanks to Angi, this process could not have been easier, the result better and us any happier. Thanks so much to Angi and Integrous for doing exactly what they advertise.

Superb! I would hire Integrous for any roofing project. I had used Integrous about 8 years ago to replace two roofs on townhouses I owned. I was very pleased with the work. The latest project involved a hail damaged roof on a four unit townhouse building. Once again, all aspects of the work went above and beyond what was required - from the initial roof inspection, to the bidding process (Ingegrous beat 5 other bidders for the work), to scheduling the work, communication regarding progress, handing a few unexpected matters, and delivering an absolutely stunning product. This is a company you can trust. David White was the person who we dealt with and I would give him an A++ for everything he did to to make this project a success. I rarely give these types of reviews, but this company deserves it.

It took longer than expected and needed extra city inspection.

David White in Sales and Marketing was outstanding in providing a competitive estimate and job schedule. In fact, Integrous was one of the few companies that called me back. The job was scheduled for three weeks after accepting the bid. David followed up every step of the way. Juan and crew showed up at 7:00 am as promised and proceeded to tear off the old roof and install the new one faster than I thought possible. The building inspector was very complimentary of the crew and work they were doing. Finished the job in a single day - roof looks great. I will definitely hire again for roofing needs and will not hesitate to recommend them. Great job guys!

We couldn't be happier with every stage and every aspect of the work done. The planning, communications, quality of work and overall professionalism was truly outstanding. Above all that, it was a real pleasure dealing with a company where everyone was friendly, with a strong positive attitude and obviously proud of their work. In this day and age, that is rare indeed. We have absolutely no hesitation in strongly recommending Integrous Inc. to anyone needing to get a roof replaced or repaired.

Recommendation for Integrous Roofing. We lost a handful of shingles during the "hurricane" in mid-December, and after a long fruitless battle with the insurance company, ended up footing the bill for repairs -- needless to say they no longer are our insurance company either. Anyway, David with Integrous Roofing was highly professional with the entire repair process, even going out of the way to track down our exact same shingle, that had been discontinued over a year ago. Then to top everything off, he came by and got the job done at the end of the work day, rather than scheduling us a month down the road. Repair looks great and everything was cleaned-up and hauled away, to the point you never knew anything was wrong. While we are back to a fully functional roof, it still has additional wind damage -- once again, no thanks to AmFam -- and will need full replacement sooner rather than later. But when that day comes, Integrous Roofing will be the first company out to give me a bid.

Our experience with the sales representative, John George, was terrific! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked with our insurance company. He guided us through the entire process. We had a delay due to our insurance and a couple of weather-related delays, but the roof was professionally installed on January 13, 2022. When a problem with an exhaust vent was discovered during the re-roof, John and the crew immediately took care of it. I would re-hire Integrous and I recommend them.

It went great! John George was amazing. He explained everything clearly and patiently. He has a great sense of humor so we enjoyed talking with him, but as for business, he is very serious and very fair. They helped us work with the insurance company, too. The workers arrived on time, they cleaned up every day, and they were friendly. The roof looks beautiful, and I can confidently and enthusiastically recommend Integrous!

David White was great. He came out and inspected everything and worked to get the job approved from my insurance company. Even though I still had to pay for part of the job, they made it an easy process.

This is the best roofing company in Colorado! We have used them for small repairs, large repairs and insurance claims and complete roof, gutter and siding replacements. They are honest and their company name reflects what they are, people with integrity. They go the extra mile for us every time! We would highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

Integrous made some of the repairs, including to the roof, and subcontracted others for the rest of the work, like windows and painting. Integrous did an excellent job of scheduling and managing the subs and its own teams, particularly during a period where hundreds of houses had the same types of damage. We were very happy with all of the work and with the behavior and professionalism of personnel from Integrous and it's subcontractors. We highly recommend Integrous for both general roofing work and for larger projects such as general contractor for hail damage.
