Bulldog Roofing

When last year's hail and windstorm damaged our roof, we knew it needed to be replaced. We took our time interviewing five different roofing contractors. After narrowing it down to the last three, we chose Bulldog over the other more 'well-established' roofers because of how thorough Bulldog was with every single detail. Filing an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but Darby and Tyler met our insurance adjuster on site and then spent a lot of time helping me understand the insurance estimate. Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! Even though I just met Darby, he treated me with so much respect and care....just like he does with his entire crew. I honestly don't know if there could have been a better person for our project. I have nothing but praise for Bulldog roofing, but even more praise for the guy that IS Bulldog roofing to me. Darby, you'r simply the best and I'm so proud of how you do your business. What an incredible experience we had with Bulldog Roofing! I wish there was a sixth star that I could give you, Darby! Well done and thank you for taking such great care of our family!

We closed on our house and had a very short turnaround to move in as we were renting. The house needed a new roof and gutter system and we also wanted to explore getting solar. We reached out to Bulldog Roofing and met with Brian. He worked with us via phone and email to plan out our needs until we took possession. Not only did they work with us to finance our project they helped us design every aspect. Our second week here Brian and his team were out to put our roof up. They managed to do the whole roof in a day and did an amazing job with cleaning up as the Thunder Storms rolled in. Not only that, but they reinstalled and aligned our internet dish with no problems! We thought we’d have about a week’s wait for the gutters and Brian’s team surprised us and installed the same week right before the massive storms hit. Our house is safe and dry thanks to Brian and his team. Our solar project is under way. We couldn’t be happier.

Simply put, Bulldog Roofing was incredible to work with! From the first day I requested a quote, I had Greg (one of their Project Managers) reach out to me to see if he could help out. I was pretty busy during the time and frankly was slow to respond, but Greg did a great job in being understanding and following up as needed, without being pushy. From the first time meeting Greg, he was very personable and just wanted to help. I expected a pushy sales guy (which I hate), but he wasn't at all pushy and got my business through being super transparent with all of the questions I had, including the difficult ones. They were clearly very customer-focused and I expected to pay a premium for their services, so I was surprised when their quote came in at a very competitive price to the other two quotes. I was in a unique situation where I was paying out of pocket, so Greg ran me through all the options and was pretty flexible with how the payment got handled. I was pretty surprised at the lack of a contract and that they essentially just do work based on good faith in their customers. I still had some hesitations and drafted up a short document to layout the basic ground rules. They had no concerns, stood by their word, and got it signed the same day. Fast forward to install time (~2 weeks later, just like Greg said). The material showed up on a Friday, all quiet on the weekend, and then they completed all of the work on Monday. Everything got completed super quick and got buyoff proper buyoff from the city. The only hold-up was on me because I took the permit down not realizing it had to stay on the door (keep it on the door!). I was worried about a lot of things, and frankly probably drove Greg a little crazy (even though he didn't show it), but in the end everything went absolutely smoothly. Can't recommend these guys enough! Will use in the future and recommending to my friends/family if they have a need. Top notch people, top-notch materials, and top-notch install!

Greg Morrell was the project manger, very professional and prompt. Would absolutely recommend him and or this company to anyone needing roofing done. He worked with our insurance company and made it so that we didn’t have to pay it all out of pocket, very genuine man trying to help us save money. Very pleased.

LB and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Highly professional, fast, efficient, kept the job sight clean, and delivered exactly what was promised. I talked to 3 different roofing companies, and bulldog was by far the most responsive, not the cheapest which is fine, because you get what you pay for. LB was in constant communication throughout the process, and followed up after it was completed. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I can't say enough about how great this company was to work with. We were on a very short timeline to replace our old shake roof (our insurance company was no longer going to cover our old roof due to fire hazard). Bulldog responded the first day I placed a call and assured me they could get the new roof installed in a timely manner. They definitely delivered. Bulldog offered many roof options to us and went out of their way to work with us to get a new roof that worked with our budget and was exactly the look we wanted. We ended up having some looming weather issues (skirting spring snow) and the workmen stayed here for very long days to insure they could get the roof completed before the snow arrived. In the end, they completed the roof in two days, exactly like they said they would. Mason, our primary contact, was great. He was easy to work with, very professional, and very response. And patient when answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.

Bulldog Roofing is a amazing company to reach out to! The staff is very friendly and super responsive. I reached out at the beginning of the month to take advantage of there free Roof inspection. Turns out my roof is in good condition, plus Ryan and his Foreman were very willing to educate me on what I can do has a home owner to maintain a good roof. I highly recommend Bulldog Roofing, even if its just to take advantage of there free inspection.This way you get all the information you need has a home owner and a little "Peace of Mind" through it all!

Bulldog was very professional and was not pushy. They explained in detail everything they were going to do and dealt with my insurance company so I could avoid this step. There clean up was great and they job was done in a timely manner.

They did a great job. My roof is a little different and has a low slope with an EPDM membrane. Ryan and Jim were both excellent and answered all of my questions and were fantastic at handling all of the insurance arrangements. I would highly recommend them and would call them again!
