From the very first call until the final sign off they were friendly, professional and worked with some less than ideal circumstances. We were selling our condo and found out last minute that the HOA required an update to shut off valves, faucets, shower head, garbage disposal among others. I wasn't able to be there to meet them but the Hardline team was able to get out there quickly, met with the on-site contact, emailed me pictures of the before and after work and got everything done in only a few hours - which is good because we only had 3 days before closing! They took my payment right over the phone and this could not have been a better outcome and experience for what started out as a pretty stressful hiccup. These guys are great - call them, you won't regret it."
