Contacted Reliable Rooter inquiring about having a maintenance cleaning done on my main sewer line. Danny was very friendly and got me scheduled. When Danny arrived he was professional and courteous. Once job was completed Danny cleaned up after himself and was on his way. Excellent experience and will without a doubt hire again any time I’m in need of a plumber.

Danny showed up on time and started working on rebuilding my shower faucet as we both thought gould be done. I have a 100 year old house so things do not always go as planned. The old faucet broke and could not be rebuilt. So Danny got in his truck and ran to the hardware in town, bought a new faucet, and installed it. All in less than 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Danny is my new plummer.

I was working from home the day of service and Danny Gurule arrived on time and got right to work after he was shown around. I was on a conference call for an hour and he finished right when my call was ending without any disturbance. He showed me the 2 new Woodford frost proof faucets and how to close them only hand-tight as over-tightening would damage or shorten the life of the elastomer valve seats. Danny was very helpful explaining the care of the new outdoor faucets including removing hoses for winter. Overall this was easy, professional and of great quality.

Danny showed up promptly after letting me know he was on his way. Knew immediately what needed to be done to fix the issue. Capped the broken pipe. Also checked the drainage on my toiler, sink, and shower as well. Everything running great now. Very nice and polite and wonderful to work with. Called Danny for the disposal first. He arrived the same day and quickly replaced the disposal and identified a leak in the surrounding worn out plumbing which he fixed at the same time at no additional cost. I scheduled him two weeks later for replacement of the faucet and he again arrived on time, expertly replacing the faucet at a great price. He was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately my husband couldn't find the outside trap, so Danny had to use the basement toilet. Lots of stairs, plus removing the toilet but he still only charged me the original cost. Will definitely use him again.

This visit went well. Although, he was there to tighten up my kitchen sink fixture, it broke. He paid half of the replacement value. I felt like he was an honest person, he did really good work. I had another issue, but the fixture didn't fix, it was under warranty so he said he'd come back to install at a later date. He really stepped up and had good integrity. Very honest and good to work with. He said he will come back to complete the project, and I have no doubt he will. I'd definitely use him again.

He came as quickly as he could the same day, and unclogged it in due time! He was courteous, professional and efficient. For any problem again like this we will call him immediately.!

This company is owned by Danny Gurule, who installed my faucets. He contacted me to setup the appointment and arrived on time. He was professional, reasonably price, and through. He does a lot of drain opening and sewerline work, but also does repairs and plumbing work. He removed two older bath faucets and drains and replaced with two new Hansgrohe faucets. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours for both. I would recommend him to others.
