"I cannot begin to thank Josh enough for the work he did on my home regarding my upstairs bathroom. Everytime we took a shower in the bathroom the water would leak and we were super concerned because the water was starting to drip from out light fixtures and started creating pockets and puckering.on our hallway walls it was seapimg between the wall and the paint. We were super concerned as we.tried having another handyman and a plumber to help.us diagnose the problem. Both recommended a complete overhaul of the bathroom and charged an outrageous price that we couldn't possibly afford at the time. Luckily for us Josh reached back to us when we initially started looking for a handyman. Josh told us he had a lot of experience regarding these matters and based on pictures of his previous work we felt very confident he could help us. We were already under the impression we would have to redo our tub and he offered a reasonable price if that was the case, however Josh really secured our confidence when he told us it may not even be necessary. He was really methodical and did his best to not to demolish the wall to get access to the pipes of the tub and shower. Fortunarely he localized the issue to a leak from our pipes and saved us thousands of dollars that we thought we would have to spend. It seemed like hard work, but he had it fixed by the next day and we haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend Josh regarding any work on your bathroom. If I wasnt selling my house I would have him re-do the whole bathroom based on his previous work and the quality job he did for our bathroom. I can't thank him enough!"

"Luis is an incredibly skilled and trustworthy handyman who’s great at what he does. He’s smart, affordable, and knows so much about a wide range of things—plumbing, electrical, construction, you name it. When we had a boiler issue, which occurred after our fist maintenance visit in 4 years, he didn’t just fix it—he helped me challenge a costly misdiagnosis and got everything working perfectly, saving me thousands of dollars. Last year, during the deep freeze, we heard water gushing into the crawl space. Luis immediately went into the crawl space and was able to diagnose that the leak was not in the crawl space but inside of the wall. He then took apart the laundry room vanity sink carefully, cutting a section out of the wall and replacing a section of the pipe. After repairing the pipe he very neatly reinstalled the laundry room vanity as if it was never removed. Luis works with minimal guidance and communicates well, even though he doesn’t speak much English. While I speak Spanish, this was no issue; my neighbor Dan has worked even more extensively with Luis using only Google Translate, and they have had little trouble tackling projects together. If you need someone smart, affordable, and highly skilled, Luis is the one to call!—Highly recommend!"

"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."
