Luis is an incredibly skilled and trustworthy handyman who’s great at what he does. He’s smart, affordable, and knows so much about a wide range of things—plumbing, electrical, construction, you name it. When we had a boiler issue, which occurred after our fist maintenance visit in 4 years, he didn’t just fix it—he helped me challenge a costly misdiagnosis and got everything working perfectly, saving me thousands of dollars. Last year, during the deep freeze, we heard water gushing into the crawl space. Luis immediately went into the crawl space and was able to diagnose that the leak was not in the crawl space but inside of the wall. He then took apart the laundry room vanity sink carefully, cutting a section out of the wall and replacing a section of the pipe. After repairing the pipe he very neatly reinstalled the laundry room vanity as if it was never removed. Luis works with minimal guidance and communicates well, even though he doesn’t speak much English. While I speak Spanish, this was no issue; my neighbor Dan has worked even more extensively with Luis using only Google Translate, and they have had little trouble tackling projects together. If you need someone smart, affordable, and highly skilled, Luis is the one to call!—Highly recommend!
