Was charged 580 but when I looked online what an average price to replace was, one site said from 100 to 250, while another said from 150 to 400. He also talked me into getting a hard start kit and charged 638 for that. For what I could find, the part cost around 50. It took less than 30 minutes to replace both. Seems a little pricey to me."

He had all the required parts on his truck and completed the job within 30 minutes. The project rate ended up being in the ballpark of what I expected. "Viking had serviced my furnaces and air conditioners in the past. Price was a little high but work was satisfactory. This year, I called four times and used their web site over a six week period to try to schedule a service appointment for the air conditioners. Although I was always told their scheduler would get back to me they never did. A big waste of my time and past money trying to establish a service relationship I could count on. I gave them a "D": rather than an "F" as their call service at least answered all though that was it."

"King Rooter & Plumbing came out and completed warranty work on our sump pump. Upon completion the sump pump leak was repaired and they cleaned up all the toxic water. I was satisfied that they came out very quickly to take care of our home. Unfortunately we continued to smell an odor and we noticed our Radon numbers were increasing. We had a radon mitigator come out and inspect what was happening and He noticed right away that the sump pump was not properly sealed and was leaking. I reached out twice to King Rooter and asked for the owner to call me back to address the issue but he would not return my call. This was a huge safety issue for my family to not seal the toxic fumes from our household. It seems like they are more interested in their “Good, Better, and Best quotes” than taking care of their customers."
