He had all the required parts on his truck and completed the job within 30 minutes. The project rate ended up being in the ballpark of what I expected. "King Rooter & Plumbing came out and completed warranty work on our sump pump. Upon completion the sump pump leak was repaired and they cleaned up all the toxic water. I was satisfied that they came out very quickly to take care of our home. Unfortunately we continued to smell an odor and we noticed our Radon numbers were increasing. We had a radon mitigator come out and inspect what was happening and He noticed right away that the sump pump was not properly sealed and was leaking. I reached out twice to King Rooter and asked for the owner to call me back to address the issue but he would not return my call. This was a huge safety issue for my family to not seal the toxic fumes from our household. It seems like they are more interested in their “Good, Better, and Best quotes” than taking care of their customers."
