"Dylan, the owner is supposedly a Christian as he claims. He hired my 19 y/o son as his worker, paid him less than min. wage, charged him $175 for company t-shirts (that are just a regular $10 shirt with a company logo), also has the nerve to let his workers clean gutters and work on roofs of houses and commercial buildings without safety equipment, breaking OSHA regulations. Dylan refuses to pay my son his wages that he earned over 1 month ago (plus overtime) because my son got tired of working for free and chose to get a regular paying job. My son is still waiting weeks later to get paid and as it states in the bible, 1 Tim. 5:18 "The laborer deserves his wages". "Wayne came out to give me an estimate. He was very personable and explained everything that would be done. Although I had a lower estimate, I went with Wayne as I like to support local businesses. I never spoke to or saw Wayne again.The morning the project started, three strange men came to my door and said they were the painting company. On the last day, the ‘lead ‘ painter walked around the house with me to inspect it. I pointed out that the stucco work was very bad. He simply shrugged and smiled. They got white paint on my pavers, which I pointed out. I gave him the final payment. I sent Wayne a text explaining my concerns along with pictures. This text actually went to someone else who said he would send it on to Wayne. I would have expected Wayne to show up on the first day to introduce me to his team, to check once or twice on the project to make certain I was happy with it. And then to meet with me on the last day, inspect the project and I would give him his final payment."
