For example, despite what other companies may tell you, our experience has shown that concrete grinding is NOT the best way to prep many of the older garage floors that have serious oil and moisture issues and instead we will use a shot blaster for these older floors. "Matt and his team did a great job with refinishing our floors. While he was not the cheapest quote we had gotten, he was very fair and we felt comfortable going with him. Our floors weren’t easy to work with due to an iron oxide coating and very dark stain on top of that! They refinished them to the natural wood color and are very happy with the result. They worked hard to get our floors done in a week (a couple of days Matt even worked late)! Highly recommend!"
