Gary & his son, Gary, did an excellent job yesterday. 👍😉👍 They were on time, called ahead (as I had asked), worked hard, charged less than I expected, were very friendly, courteous, and thorough. Will have them back, and will recommend to friends & family.

Glad to support this family owned business! The cleaned our leather armed sofa, several chairs and area rugs. All are clean with no chemical after smell. We are in a third story condo, and they were prepared for the challenge with their truck mounted service and several options for using water connections, Gary pointed out an area of one rug that was previously damaged and didn’t make any false promises about the spot clearing up. They know their stuff and are kind and courteous. Will definitely hire them again the next time we need those services.

I called several carpet cleaners with a very short notice need to perform carpet cleaning in a newly acquired house. They were one of just a few able to respond to my schedule. They were chosen because they stated that their techniques for contending with pet odors were superior to the competition. The cleaning of the carpets made them look a little better; the carpeting was cleaned professionally by the seller just three months prior so there really wasn't much to do. The issue was pet odor. It was horrendous when we took possession of the property. The Real McCoy did a good job in making it much less obnoxious however the smell of dogs is still present in my house; just not as bad as before.

Since we have two dogs I figure it's a good idea to get the carpets cleaned from time to time - usually about once a hear. The guys from The Real McCoy have cleaned our carpets twice now. They are very available and even come in the evening when I'm home from work, and usually within a day of me calling - they even came the same day last time. They work quickly but thoroughly and wipe up any extra water that gets on the floors. They use a water cleaning system in their truck - they have a really long hose that they run through the garage door, then to the room that they're cleaning. The carpets take about 1/2 a day to dry. They are family owned and the son has been the one cleaning my carpets both times they came. And, I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was.
