Shadi was excellent and the work crew was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Freds Fencing to anyone looking for high quality fencing!

While they opted out of this project (12 ft high fence with bent poles), they cared enough to give the referral of a tennis court specialist. Much appreciated.

Excellent every step of the way. Very prompt for the measurements and estimate. Because it was custom built, he said it would be a couple weeks to complete. And I was very pleasantly pleased when it was done in just 2 weeks. It took a couple more days then to send out the "automatic opener" guy to hook up the opener, hard wire one button into the house, and gave me 3 buttons for cars, patiently showed me all aspects of the controls and showed me how to bypass and get the gate opened if the power were out and have to get out (e.g. wildfires coming). Everything went smooth from start to finish and I'm very happy with Fred's Fencing.

We had three estimates for a 70-foot fencing and gate replacement. Shadi was by far the best listener for our needs, and the cost was very competitive (custom work for a standard price). The quality of both the materials, and the workmanship was top notch! Our fencing is beautiful, now including a hummingbird silhouette inset (love it!). The quality of the iron is great - including a 3 stage finish - built to last! It was installed as a two-day job, as we had been told. The install adjusted for our slope beautifully. Communication was easy; Shadi was very accessible for any comments or questions we had. We are so pleased with our new fenceline view. We could not be happier, and we would highly recommend Fred's Fencing!

Price: (4/5) Unfortunately, all other contractors were booked full or not returning my call, so I don't have a comparison Start online: (4/5) They started on the date that they promised, but showed up 3 hrs late. I had to call in the morning to find out that they had a detour to a smaller job. It was not a big deal, but did mess up my morning work schedule. Efficiency: (5/5) They finished the job in 2 days, which was great! Quality: (5/5) The quality of the work and product was good, and I am very satisfied with the result. During the work, they broke a section of my sprinkler pipe, but fixed it the next day. Overall: (5/5) I was happy with the result, and would recommend them to others.

I had 3 large gates replaced with bronze decorative metal ones they look great & adds a nice touch to my backyard where I do alot of entertaining Work went well & we are very happy!

Outstanding! Fred's Fencing was very professional, on time and on budget. Fadi was easy to work with and his ideas worked well for our project. The fence sections and gate are of the highest quality and are definitely an upgrade to the exterior of my home. We highly recommend Fred's for any size wrought iron project.

They were very friendly. They were responsive and on time. They do good work in the past. I called them to adjust a gate and they came out and did that for me.

Fadi came out with several samples and measured. We talked about all the details. He invited me to their fabrication shop which they built in Santee. They custom fabricate everything and have their paint and powder coating booths to finish the work. I was able to choose the size and guage of metal, design every aspect of the fencing including the tips of the speers. His crew came out and set all the posts one day, taking measurements so they can custom fabricate the panels. Then about 10 days later they came out and installed the individual panels. What a nice look. Absolute quality and perfectly straight runs. The finish is a beautiful powder coat rubbed bronze. I shopped two other referred fencing contractors who came in with similar estimates but had to order their materials. I made the right choice. There is no substitute for custom fabrication. I've been in construction and the Real Estate business for 30 years. I've seen a lot. These guys are the best.

Fred's fencing was great! Came out the same day I called to enquire about starting process to install an iron fence. Fadi looked at space and made critical suggestions as to gate placement and curve of fencing to match pool decking. The crews who installed posts and fencing were timely, courteous and hard workers. Whole project came in right at estimate of cost and was installed very quickly. Exceeded my expectations for the whole project. Will definitely use Fred's again.

Product is nice and pretty much what we designed and contracted them to build. Initially we went to their and quot;shopand quot; to see designs which was basically a warehouse with a small office. We had already chosen a design from a book of designs that was the same book they had in their office. They were very friendly and allowed us to tour the whole warehouse and showed us some of the projects they were working on. We agreed to their proposal and we then gave them a deposit. First step was to schedule removal and measurement of existing gate. We thought that was scheduled to happen right after we returned from a vacation as told to us by the sales representative. Upon calling to check after our return, we found that we were not on the schedule and that they would start in approximately a week. We also weren't made aware at that point we could be without a gate for 3-4 weeks. Eventually they came and over a period of two weeks they installed the gate. The and quot;automatic sensorand quot; was forgotten but remedied in a few days. The gate is nice and appears to be of good quality. We are now satisfied but have yet to see the actual sales- person and quot;Shadiand quot; at our property. (son of owner) who repeatedly said he would come by to oversee the work and inspect the completion. (Even today he scheduled between 2 and 3pm to pick up the balance we owed but after waiting all afternoon for him to come he ended up sending someone else at 6pm.) They did provide us with a nice wrought iron automatic gate and we may consider hiring them to do some of our other projects.

Truly beautiful work! Absolutely high quality, sturdy, secure, and gorgeous fence and gate. Shadi and his team were always polite, courteous, very responsive to feedback and very patient with significant changes in the design requests. Very quick and at times just dropped in to finish up work quicker than expected. Bottom line- we now have a gorgeous and very secure fence and ornate gate that will last for years. Highly recommend.

I have yet to book the appointment due to client actions that need my immediate attention. I would not hesitate to contact this company when I have completed other office deadlines and can again address the gate problem.

Fadi helped us design the perfect fence (we had only a slight idea of what we wanted) for our new multilevel patio. He made suggestions that of course met building codes, was functional, looks great, and goes well with the existing hardscape. He and his crew were very professional. We would definitely use them again. Price was competitive, quality of work was great.

We are extremely happy with the product, service and installation. From our initial contact with Fadi, he worked with us on various options and provided us with very realistic options which worked with our decor. It was very clear to us that the company has years of experience working with iron work. We had bids from two other competitors but chose Fred's because of their pricing and their expertise. We also made some changes to our design and they accommodated us without any difficulties. When the rails and panels were installed, the workman were timely, diligent and professional. We are extremely happy with the quality of their product. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

He did a wonderful job. Our contractor recommend we use Fred's because he worked on one of his friends. He came out quickly, gave us an estimate and our contractor talked to him and said we had another bid for $500 and would like to take him to $2,000 and he did. He did a fabulous job.

I brought in a rusted out section of a railing and they built a replacement that looks great and fitted in the holds in the concreat deck perfectly.

They provided a lot of photos to choose from. We changed our mind on some details a couple of times and they were fine with that. They promised the gates in 2 weeks and delivered in one. However, the tops of the gates were wrong. They took it down immediately and said it was their fault with no argument. They had it back in 24 hours corrected and still within the delivery date. Shadi came out the next day to check work to be done and give estimate. I had a vision of what I wanted, he pulled out his book with photos but nothing was quite what I was picturing. When I described it, he drew it out. made a few suggestions to improve on the look. It was done on time. Looked beautiful!

Perfect job in every respect. These guys really know what they're doing. And they do exactly what they tell you they will do.

They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it on time. They tore down an old fence and put up a new fence. The workers are friendly and did a good job.

We were in a hurry because we had agreed to adopt a large dog within the next three weeks. Before even having them come out for an estimate, I told them of the emergency, and they said that they would be able to accomodate us in that time. In walking through the job during the initial contact and again with the crew leader who was to do the install, it was obvious that they were real professionals with a lot of experience. We were very pleased with the finished job, and they did finish within our deadline (although I did have to keep on top of the job by calling them myself to find out dates for install and remind them of my need to complete the job in a hurry). Because of our time restraints I did not contact any other companies for price quotes, so I have no comparisons as to the cost of the work.
