"What: NOT Plumbing. Electrical wiring for/and installation of flood lights above garage door, side walkway to backyard, and backyard. Also installed porch light. Pros: On time, courteous Comments: Backyard floodlight was on all day & all night and on the same electrical source of the lights in the laundry room light and side walkway to backyard. The only way to turn it off was to turn off the electrical switch in the box, which turned off all 3 lights mentioned above. The flood lights were supposed to be on, with a timer, only during dark hours, but either it was on all night because they tied it to the laundry & walkway "wire" or electrical switch, OR they didn't put it on timer, or some other reason. They sent another team out to fix the issue within the next few weeks. Recommendation: Buy your own light fixture, inform YOU want to pick and have them install. Otherwise, they go with their own vendor and the alternative did not look anything like the style we wanted."

He's 88 and I'm 77 and calling people was frustrating until I checked top Angie reviews for my area. Even then, two out of three failed on ability to respond in less than 7-10 days. Another said we can come assess in three days and then schedule your repairs. 411 came within hours and had us heating up with a brand new, quieter, and quicker system the next day! Can't thank them enough. And the pricing was very fair based on checking with others in our neighborhood and relatives who have had to replace their systems."

"Pacific Coast Home Services charged me $450.00 on May 10th to have my Air Conditioner repaired. On July 1st when the heat wave hit San Jose my air conditioner did not work. Pacific Coast did not stand by their GUARANTEE and I had to call another company to do the repairs. Thankfully, they were an honest company and made the repairs. Pacific Coast Home Services consisted of their salesman wanting to sell me a maintenance agreement for $900 ... I should have realized at that point he was not interested in fixing my problem and asked him to leave my house !!! He did remove a few leaves from the air conditioner and clipped a few nips off a bush nearby ... there was no repair done for his billing me $450.00. I am 92 years old and feel this was ELDER ABUSE !!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!"
