Pacific Coast Home Services charged me $450.00 on May 10th to have my Air Conditioner repaired. On July 1st when the heat wave hit San Jose my air conditioner did not work. Pacific Coast did not stand by their GUARANTEE and I had to call another company to do the repairs. Thankfully, they were an honest company and made the repairs. Pacific Coast Home Services consisted of their salesman wanting to sell me a maintenance agreement for $900 ... I should have realized at that point he was not interested in fixing my problem and asked him to leave my house !!! He did remove a few leaves from the air conditioner and clipped a few nips off a bush nearby ... there was no repair done for his billing me $450.00. I am 92 years old and feel this was ELDER ABUSE !!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!

Roy was very professional. He listened to our problem. Made a quick assessment. Suggested remedial measures for the Downstairs compressor problem. Replaced the thermostat for Upstairs quickly.

Hard to line up a schedule however they did an excellent job.

Although this project took too long because of backorder of certain light fixtures and other issues, everyone I worked with from the first appointment to give us a bid, to the electricians, to the admin staff, has been A+. The customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to have them back for any other updates we need. And our lighting is perfect!

On time, polite, did the job fast. If it works as described I will be happy. Time will tell. Pricy.

Customer service is great, except on weekends. They say they are available 24/7, but thatâ s not accurate. The electricians have been competent, knowledgeable and courteous. But the crew that came in to replace the sheet rock have been a disappointment. They have come twice but the work is still not finished nor did it pass inspection from the City.

$370+ to replace one lousy light switch is unconscionable. The $89 **dispatch fee** is especially egregious. I will never do business with you guys again!

Mr. Juan Galvan, HVAC Technician explained APCO Air Purifier functions and furnace cleaning process. He was thorough, professional and very efficient.

I hired Pacific Coast Home Services (via Angi) to remove three non-functioning wall heaters and then patch the drywall. Communication was excellent - I received text message updates and reminders. It was also helpful to receive pictures of the technicians before they arrived. I was able to schedule the work to be completed in a week (review and estimate one day, returned the next week to complete the work). The technicians arrived on time, were ready to work and worked fast! They were careful with my home and put down plastic to cover my floors. They showed me what they did, gave me instructions for when it would OK to paint. Really happy with my experience with Pacific Coast Home Services! Happy to recommend. :)

Juan was on schedule and did a very good job. I had an outdoor spigot that needed to be replaced, and since it required soldering I turned to a pro. Juans workmanship was excellent (neat, fast and no leaks). He recommended and installed a much better shutoff valve than I was planning on using. I would request him again. The cost was on the high side. They justify it by including an exam of your water heater (ours was fine) and answering questions on other possible plumbing issues. I could 've done without this.

Needed a waterline for our refrigerator, the company sent Juan to evaluate and work on request. He gave us a good price. He work on it fast and clean. After completing, he inspected all other waterlines and the water heater. Great company and good choice

Great experience, but very expensive

Jaime, the bid coordinator, had my wife sign a contract and acknowledge the 3-day **cooling** period. He indicated that he would have the office staff contact us to get us on the calendar. He accepted a credit card payment for the down payment. As far as I can tell, the paperwork was never turned in to scheduling as, after many days of waiting, I had to call them for an appointment. Additonally, on the day of the appointment, they were unable to find the signed contract and that had to be redone. I found the office staff professional and 5 star Pacific Coast Home Services charges a 3% or 3.5% service charge for using a credit card. I understand for a **mom-and-pop store** this might be okay, but for a company the size and scope of Pacific Coast Home Services, the service charge for credit card use is inappropriate and part of doing business. Thus, the companys Administration gets an overall rating of **2 stars** I found Justin, the Electrical Technician who did the work, **5 star**. He was professional, personable, and helpful. In total and on average, I give Pacific Coast Home Services **3 stars** I feel safe with the work they accomplished, but I would recommend getting competing quotes from other providers before deciding.

Very nice people. hey seemed unfamiliar with ceiling fan receivers (and **varistors** that come with them). They also left the fan a bit out of kilt, but they came back and fixed it.

Pros from start to finish. Honest about pricing. Nice guys! Finished the job faster than they estimated.

Plumber did the job quickly and efficiently. Was on time; cleaned job area. Provided information on potential projects.
