When I called Homeadvisor for a service person for my furnace, I rec'd a call from Ease hvac within 5 minutes. The service technician was Eric, he was very polite, courteous, & prompt, my appointment was for 7am. He knew his job, gave me some helpful hints and I have this company on my calendar to come back every 6 months for maintenance on my furnace. I've already passed along his card to someone that has the same kind of furnace that I have. Thanks Eric!!

You did a great job fixing my wall heater at a reasonable price and I now don’t have to shiver the rest of the winter. Most others I have had come over have tried to convince me into getting central heating as my only option, but you were able to make my wall heater work again (and quickly). Erick called ahead of his arrival to let me know he was running late. I needed my thermostat to be replaced. Erick checked my heater to be certain that my problem wasn’t the heater. I appreciated his thoroughness. My WiFi thermometer is installed and I have heat. Thank you.

Loved how responsive and quick this company resolved our heating problem. Juan sent us Eric to identify what the problem was on Saturday afternoon. Eric returned with the part that needed to be replaced on Monday afternoon and heat is working well now. Eric was very thorough and very nice. We will definitely call this company for all our future heating and air conditioning needs! Great customer service and quick response time in performing repairs!

Confirm your appt directly with Ease HVAC as they apparently have trouble with the HomeAdvisor booking schedule. I waited for them to come and then had to resched because they didn't show up. Also, discuss costs with them. They never discussed the cost before completing the work (what I needed done was simple so I wasn't worried about the cost but buyer beware on that).

Eric worked very patiently on an older furnace. It took a couple of appointments but he made it work in the end and charged a very fair price for his work.

The guy knows his shit! What else can one say? Fast, efficient, informative.

Juan is my dude!! He was super communicative and flexible with his schedule. He had to order a filter for my furnace because it didn't have one (!), something the other guy who looked at it neglected to mention.
