J & J LOCKSMITH

To the Reviewer from 2/17/2016, that was my dad who was on television "cracking" the safe. He opened J&J Locksmiths in 1956 with a friend of his "Jim," a year before I was born. When he sold "the shop" as we called it, he opened his own security system company that included safes. Their current website states they're family owned and operated for decades, but the current owners are not part of our family. They're a family on their own so I guess what they're advertising is true, but it is not OUR family who created and established J&J Locksmiths. Thought you might enjoy seeing the attached newspaper ad from 1956...

The reason I selected J & J Locksmith was because years ago I was aware of them unlocking an old safe - maybe 1800's - that took a few days to determine the combination. They were able to unlock the safe safely which was not an easy task. Television crews were there to report on the unlocking of the safe. Regarding the work the company did for me, the locksmith gave me an option to save money by not making so many combination changes and keys but did the work the way I wanted on four doors. He was very knowledgeable and went to work immediately. When I telephoned the office, I was told the cost for each part of the work so I knew what to expect to pay. I was told an approximate time he would arrive at my home and he was even a few minutes early. It was obvious he enjoys his work and offered excellent customer service. I would definitely use J & J Locksmith again.

The locksmith came on the same day I called. He was fast and efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Very professional. He also premade multiple keys for me at the shop before he came out. I would definitely use this company again for my lock and key needs.

They were fine. They did this for me in two days. They were excellent. I had 26 new keys made for my laundry room and supplied new keys to my tents. They were nice. The quality was good.

They finished the work in couple of hours. They were good. I would use them in the future.

Very courteous and responsive when I called. It was easy to schedule for the next afternoon. They called when they were on their way. Worked very quickly. Cost was lower than expected. It was refreshingly good service. No frills, just solid and professional.

The entire experience was first rate. When I called they answered the phone promptly and made an appointment for the next day. They showed up at the designated time and completed all the work quickly and efficiently. I never got the feeling they were rushing even though the job took longer than expected. They left no mess, and answered all my questions. This was a totally positive experience.

They arrived on time and they did everything correctly the first time. We haven't had any trouble with any of the locks. I just wouldn t use anyone else now that I have used them. I would also recommend them.
