With Advance Carpet Cleaning this did not happen. Several very tough stains are permanently gone. I attribute this to their effective treatment of stains prior to commencing the carpet cleaning. In addition, it was easy to schedule an appointment. They were punctual and efficient and the price was reasonable. Also, Abelino was very friendly and understanding. "Certainly would not recommend this company or use it again. I booked a move-out cleaning and several of the items that were supposed to be included did not get done. When I reached out to receive a refund, I was told that one could not be provided and then was only given a $25 refund for a service where I paid over $200. This is simply bad business, if your company cannot uphold its promise in terms of service then simply refund a customer‘s money and take accountability for the fact that your employees did not do their job."
