"HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE IS MY SUMMARY. I can for my life not, get the great ratings and reviews they get. They rated our home that even zillow.com (NOTORIOUS FOR LOWBALLING values) says is $711,000.00 and having lived here 15 years and having +5 friends living here that are REALTOS working this area, they ALL LAUGHED at the appraised $550k for our home. They say that is what TEARDOWNS go for here!! If the appraiser Thai Nguyen would have used the AVERAGE sales price of the comps (that by the way was in WORSE AREAS) NOT even clos our sub-division, did NOT have solar or EV chargers and smaller yards and I can go on, yet the AVERAGE price on the comps were $248,60 so our home should then by $887k, yet he rated our home 37% LESS!!!! MADNESS / INSANE / BIZARRE . HORRIBLE COMPANY if you want a good value for your home, I recommend ANY OTHER, since out of all the appraisal services we used the last 20 years (more than 30 appraisals), these are BY FAR THE WORST!!! BAR NONE. Unimaginably BAD. In short: THEY SUCK AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAUGE - IMO!!! Again, we've had bad appraisals before but this one by far takes the cake. Avoid them."
