+ -1 moreAppraiser was nice, prompt however did a poor job appraising home. Spent very little time and effort appraising home as compared to other properties in the area. Minimal effort Had another appraisal done and a real estate agent appraise the home. They both did a excellent job. The difference between the work was night and day.
