"I’m usually skeptical about contractors, but 1 Degree Construction really delivered. Thai was involved from start to finish and kept us updated the whole time. We had a very specific vision — vintage tile look with modern finishes — and not only did they nail it, but the process was actually stress-free (which is rare in remodeling). The crew was respectful, clean, and worked fast without cutting corners. Pricing was very fair compared to the other quotes we got. Honestly, every time I walk into our new bathroom, I smile. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
