I'm grateful for the remarkable transformation of my previously awkward 2 bed/1 bath into a fully functional 2 bed/2 bath plus office. After interviewing several companies, I chose HIC Construction because Idan was open-minded, thoughtful, and had good ideas for my first renovation project. Choosing a contractor is like a marriage, and Avi delivered on what was promised, mostly within the expected timeframe. We rearranged plumbing, added a subpanel for a larger kitchen, replaced ducts, added a new furnace, and created two new bathrooms. I appreciate project manager Avi for navigating project issues and assisting in design and investment decisions. I look forward to witnessing your company's continued success.

I recently completed my home remodeling project with HIC Builders, and my overall experience has exceeded my expectations. Avi, in particular, showcased extensive knowledge and was an absolute delight to collaborate with throughout the process. The team excelled in providing precise estimates for both budget and timeline. Despite minor setbacks due to city-related delays, they made sincere efforts to compensate for lost time. Having undertaken multiple projects in the past, I can confidently state that this has been the most gratifying working relationship I've had with a contractor. Without a doubt, I plan to engage HIC Builders again for my future projects.

We hired Mike for an extensive overhaul of our master bathroom with a pressing timeline. Mike assured us they could meet the deadline, and true to their word, progress was evident almost every day. Remarkably, even with some impromptu additions to the project like a heated floor and towel rack, they seamlessly accommodated our requests and still managed to complete the project ahead of schedule. While I wasn't entirely enamored with the communication style of their design person, I later discovered that the individual is no longer with the company. This led me to believe that their departure might be attributed to a misalignment with the company's transparent approach. On the whole, I would confidently recommend their services!

HIC Builders team were fantastic. We hired them for our front entry path and our driveway. Mike had great design ideas, and he worked with us every step of the way. Lisett was always on site, making sure everything was done exactly how we asked. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

We had 1500 sq ft of turf installed in our backyard. It was pricy, but all turf is pricy these days AND these guys are awesome to work with. They are complete professionals and absolutely know what they are doing. Having dealt with a lot of unreliable contractors, we’ve decided we will pay extra if it means I’m getting a pro experience with no headaches. They arrived at all meetings on time and prepared. Their payment plan was reasonable. We were able to book the installation pretty quickly; about a week after we decided to move forward. The installation team were professional, efficient, cleaned up and did it all in one day! They were also able to work around existing sprinklers that I wanted to keep operational.

Mike, Yani, and Jenny did a stunning turf job at our house. They came over and giving us a solid estimate. We had them out originally 2 months ago, and they still honored the quote for this month. We got about 650 sq/ft worth of turf for our backyard. Our house is a new house, so we had just dirt back there. We got a cement done and waiting two weeks they came out for the turf install. It took them only 1 day to get it done. Thank you HIC Builders. We do recommend them for sure!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Mike, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. HIC Builders estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Mike said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Mike and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Mike was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks.

I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same.

The service was phenomenal. They pay attentione to details, and they were on time. They were always available, and they were really good contractor.
