I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

For 10k that's pretty insane. Took about 3 months to receive as is built plans. I'm still getting charged 2k for whatever work they supposedly done. Work that was done after I cut ties with the firm. Save your time and money. This firm has several drafters that get cost up. I had an easy design and things were complicated since day in. There initial "prelim" scan software is garbage. Several things were not caught on the scan meaning drafters had to correct. Meaning time is invested then charged to you as the customer. Turn around time for modifications is pretty bad. Save your time and money and go else where. Been in business for about twenty + years and I've never had a bad experience with a "professional.""
