His portfolio is so diversified that his company is able to create and execute projects as small as a single-family home pool to as large as major, large-scope projects with hotels or custom homes. Five stars for this family owned business!  From a guy that rarely uses the Internet, there was no way that I was going to forego  touting his company after the exceptional work and timely completion of my family pool. "Project manager was a general contractor not a pool person. You do not know the quality of the work until it is done then it is too late. Concrete has large dark blotches in a few places. I think it?s because concrete wasn?t mixed thoroughly leaving an inconsistent color. Looks bad. Developed a crack within the first couple of weeks and was told nothing could be done. Concrete around top of spa is crooked and inconsistent. Amateur job. My neighbor?s was done around the same time (different company) and is perfectly straight. Salesman was knowledgeable but never returned to check the job. I do not think anyone really knew what they were doing. Just kind of faking it. Do not recommend. No real upside to the job."

"This is a small business. These guys are trying to further their business through word of mouth. I am extremely satisfied with their service. We tried others for years. Paid more got less. Less service, less reliability and some caused damage by using inappropriate chemicals. Now, here comes James. He knows his business 110% . Can answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I didn't even get to mention they have the best prices in the county that I have seen. So much more for your money. Like what you ask? Do you get photos of your crystal clean waters after the service? Detailed service reports which include chemical concentration before and after treatment including what was added and it's all sent to your email after the visit is complete. Great for record keeping purposes. Oh, one last thing, they are great with repairs. If it's something they can't fix they set you up with their colleagues who can. If you own anything pool or spa related and don't give these guys a call you aren't getting the gold standard in aquatic care. I highly recommend this company."

"Jay and his team at Greenland did a great job for me! I would highly recommend them! They installed a paver walkway and patio in the backyard, including a border around my grass area. New sprinklers, new plants, weed barrier & pebble ground cover. We also did a dry riverbed in the front yard with plantings and sprinkler system. I’m very pleased. Thank you!"
