A Plus Drapes and Blinds

Sal did our initial install of new plantation shutters throughout the house. It was a big job but the cost was reasonable ($ 6,100) considering how many windows we had to do. Several blinds developed unusual detoriation over time. It took awhile for Sal to finally come back, evaluate and agree to replace per the manufactures limited warranty at no cost. He said three to four weeks to get the replacements in and get them installed. Three months later, still nothing. Sal has always been very bad about following up and returning communications. Two out of the last three times I called him his voicemail was full. I have sent to emails with no response. Our company has used him in the past and they have the same difficulty. We verified he just renewed his business license so we know he is probably still in business. His work is good, but his business/customer service skills are not.
