Description of Work: Service went well. Only had one problem that was corrected; from now on the company calls a couple days in advance of service to assure entrance to the exterior of the house. Have had no problems with insects since the company started spraying the exterior of the house.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $89 for Ant, Spider, Flea and Termite Service Package.The service went well but the spiders did come back in a week. I would not use their service again in this case. The technician was professional, prompt and pleasant, however.

Description of Work: Provider showed up on time, were very flexible with scheduling - second time using their service, and will continue to use them every year.

Description of Work: I initially contacted Stanley Pest Control to spray for fleas and ants around my property but I then asked and learned that they do dead animal retrival, which I badly needed. Mr. Thomas Carrillo came on time, carefully and confidently looked for the dead animal in the walls (the smell was atrocious), located it and safely removed it, cleaned and disinfected the area and then proceeded to spray the premises. He did a complete, thorough job on both projects. This is the 2nd deal I've purchased for Stanley Pest Control and I will do it again in the future.

Description of Work: Since it was highly rated and recommended by Angies list I thought it was a good idea to try them out. big mistake. I never got a phone call even to date. How frustrating.

Description of Work: I was angry and disappointed with them as they were not honest in their ad in "big deal" Angie's list. I purchased the advertised coupon " $89 for Ant, Spider, Flea and termite service package". After my purchased, the company called and told me the service is for outside of the house. I checked the ad and in no place did it indicate the service is for outside only. I live in condo with only a few feet of frontage and condos at both sides. At the end, I ended up paying another $40.00(total = $129) for the service man to spray inside my condo. He even did not want to spray my garage with original purchase. I will not do business with them for sure. However, I will give an "A" to Dwight the service man for professionalism. He was nice and did a good job.

Description of Work: why did I PAY $89.00 when they then quoted a monthly service charge of $46.00????? if the charge had been less, then I would have considered having them service my property monthly, particularly since the service was no different than what they will do on a monthly basis. POOR LISTING/SERVICE ON BOTH PARTIES.

Description of Work: All representatives of Stanley have been prompt and courteous. We haven't caught what was making the noise in the attic, however! They come to check the traps every week.
