Description of Work: I hired Squeegee Clean based on their reviews on AL. Guy, the owner responded to my message very quickly and accommodated my hectic schedule with an appointment that worked for me. I have a one bedroom apartment with 3 large windows and a sliding patio door. The outside windows and sills were filthy and hadn't been washed in quite some time. Hector was punctual and polite and did a very thorough job. The price was a little high for the size of the job but they have a minimum spend requirement to come out and do the job which I can understand. I was willing to pay their rate rather than shop around for a lower one. I'd definitely recommend Squeegee Clean to friends and hire them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: I manage 2 major estates for a very high profile client who expects the best at all times. In the past we had problems with window washers doing the job and then days later streaks would show in the sunlight. We also had companies such as Dave's Window Washers do estimates for thousands more than Squeggee Clean. Squeggee Clean and Guy (the owner) have always done the job correctly with no streaks and have always done it at a great price. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I write this report after having used them now for nearly 2 years about every 4 months. I would not write this report or continue to use them if they were not the very best in my opinion. I have no room for error and they deliver everytime. I have used many window washers in Los Angeles and I can now say without a doubt, Squeegee Clean really is the best I have ever seen.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of my windows, gutters, and downspouts. They also did a small amount of pressure washing.

Description of Work: A different company installed double windows which are meant to fit snugly. They are not easy to clean. There were several heavy panels for each window that had to be removed to complete the task. They cleaned 8 windows and the screens.

Description of Work: Guy Shafter, owner, returned my message within 24 hours. He said my location was too far for him (I'm only 3 miles away!). He said my job was too small to make it worth his wile (10 windows), that he had a $100 minimum. He also said he was quite busy, but if his crew had some time on the coming Saturday afternoon he MIGHT call me to do the job. He told me to go about my day on Saturday and he'd be in touch MAYBE.
