Spoke with Lorna Ross regarding service. She mentioned it required 5 shelves minimum. I do not need 5 shelves.

Angie’s List had a coupon in one of the monthly magazines so I contacted Shelf Genie. It went pretty well. The girl was wonderful. She came out and she was not a hard seller. She had wonderful options and suggested things to me. She wanted to know what I wanted to accomplish adding them because I had my 90 year old mother living with me. I have bad knees and it was horrible having to get on my knees in the back looking for pans, cans and stuff. She had really viable options but she went ahead and asked me what I wanted to do in the future. She went ahead and took measurements. She gave me a projected cost which was all free of charge. I really appreciated that because it gave me something that I can aim for in the future. Once I decided to go through with it, she placed the order. Apparently she worked with this guy for a few years. He had not taken into account both under the stove and over in the cabinets. One little piece of port structure that was there in the cabinet; 2 of the shelves could not be installed when he came out the first time. I had to wait a little bit longer for the job to be completed. That was the only thing. She came the second time because she felt bad that the job wasn't completed the first time. She came out whenever he came back to reinstall and she stayed. She helped me put everything away by going the extra mile. I was overall satisfied.

I an thrilled with the product that Shelf Genie installed... I actually saw their car driving down the freeway with their ad wrapped around their car. I made a note of the name and went on the internet to learn more. I then followed that up with checking on Angie's List. After my research, Lorna Ross, the owner of this franchise, came out to my place for the consultation. I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism I signed the papers that day. My next step was the installer, Andrew, came out to measure for the shelving. In three weeks, he came back to install my custom shelving. and did a beautiful job. I had my cabinets refaced a number of years ago.Recently, I decided I did not like having to take all my pots and pans out to retrieve one. The glide outs that were installed are so fantastic... I can now find everything so easily... open the cabinet , pick a shelf and it glides out effortlessly...Shelf Genie uses first rate materials and offers a lifetime warranty.. I would highly recommend Shelf Genie to one and all.....

The gentleman went above and beyond and did an excellent job. He was on time, never tried to upsell, and always responded quickly to any issues or questions that I had. The price was reasonable as well.

They did the work as promised, did a quality job, and stuck to their estimate. They were more expensive than others, but the quality of the work was worth the cost. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to others.

They did a good job with the drawers and my kitchen is much more functional thanks to them. However, I had some issues with lady who installed the drawers. Specifically, she was a bit arrogant and condescending when dealing with me. This was the only issue with the experience, however, and I have recommended the company to others.

They had a lot of options, but they helped us to decide which would be the best for our situation. Furthermore, they arrived on time and did a good job with the installation of the cabinets and drawers. However, it was a bit expensive.

I was told 4-6 weeks for shelves but was only 3 weeks! The owner really took time and did not oversell. She advised best places to install and other places that were not needed. Installers worked non-stop and did an outstanding job with cleanup included. Even offered to help put things back in cupboards.

Wonderful experience! Lorna arrived on time, professional and friendly. She was a pleasure to work with, she suggeted doing the project in phases as not to become to expensive.

Everything from the start to the finished product was exemplary. Totally charmed by this company.

I received a very professional and very thorough design consultation that lasted about an hour and a half. The designer provided recommendations for improving how I organize my pantry items and household appliances. The installer arrived on time, cleaned up after the installation, and all drawers work perfectly. I am thrilled with my improved access with each drawer that glides out.

Spoke to owner, made appts. for measurements - installation. Paper work all done electronically.

Lorna, was on time, thorough and accommodating with her presentation. Great follow through and follow up! Her contractor/installer was equally professional, thorough and accommodating!
