Job was executed better than expected. Took less time after measuring to get installation. 1st round had about 25 drawers put in kitchen and pantry. It went so well that I had Logan come back and install another 30 drawers in kitchen and two bathrooms. It isn’t inexpensive but well worth the money. Every day I am so pleased with the now easy access in my cabinets. Also Logan is so tidy when he is working, it is very rare.

The shelves are high quality and the installation was very professional. When an adjustment needed to be made to accommodate my mixer, our installer raised the shelf right away. Also, very little mess and excellent clean-up on his part. The time between the measuring and the installation was a little longer than promised, but the shelves are all custom-made to fit the cabinets.

Did a nice job. however, they are very, very expensive. I did not think it would cost anywhere near what I paid. I now have another house, and will look for a company that is less expensive.

All work was completed as promised. The installer was always neat and cleaned up after himself. We have had the shelves for at least 4 years and I still am very happy I had this work done!!!

Shelf genie, did a great job, however, they were a lot more expensive then I would have expected. I am in a new house, and would like the same service, but I will look for a vendor who is less expensive. Even thought I received a lower price though angles list, I believe the price was excessive.

Everything went very well. David V. did the design and custom installation. There were some difficulties during the installation but David was very good at overcoming all the issues. The final result met all my expectations.. Shelf Genie does not do exterior cabinet finishing work; otherwise, I would have had them re-do the cabinet door also.

Excellent service and designer gave practical ideas how to redo things. Andrew Mason was superb he had great pride in his work!

My mistake was NOT hiring Shelf Genie and working with David who was VERY professional. I see what I missed out on by NOT having Shelf Genie's high quality and good customer care (David) in my kitchen.

From start to finish, the process was great! The initial contact with Lorna was easy and extremely thorough as far as the product selection materials and construction, and pricing. No surprises, misleading information, or pushy sales. Installation was just as treat!

Lorna was great. She was very friendly and professional. I thought I knew exactly what I needed, but she pointed out a few areas that could be used in even more practical and helpful ways - a true organizer at heart! Andrew showed up to do the installation and was very punctual, polite and left no trace behind! After installation, I changed my mind about the height of one of the drawers I'd had installed and they came back to adjust it for me, I've moved around a lot and this is one of the smallest kitchens I've had, but thanks to Shelf Genie, it's also one of the most functional! And the first that holds all of my kitchen items!! I've already enlisted Shelf Genie to help update my Master Bathroom as well.

Everything went great. I had previously purchased glide-out shelves for my kitchen. I waited for the bathroom/linen closets until after I did a remodel. Shelf Genie of Los Angeles is extremely professional and courteous and they have great customer service. Lorna Leigh Ross keeps you informed about appointments and the status of your order. The man that installed my shelves (David) did a wonderful job. He let me know when he finished one area so I could go ahead and start putting stuff away so that by the tie he finished I only had a few minutes work left to finish up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Great ! Both kitchen areas were "impossible" but David performed a mi? - For the 1st time - we have 100 m across to our pantry.

David was prompt and worked very efficiently. Constructing the 5 sided box was not easy but came out very well.

Excellent – couldn’t dry anything but great about the sales rep & installer.

First time of installation, some of the drawers were a smidgen too small S.G. replaced them with new ones within a few weeks.

David the installer/ estimator was an easygoing, personable and quick worker. When the time came to install he was in them out in under half an hour. Lorna the owner was very nice and easy to deal with. When the install was delayed she sent me a 50 gift card for the trouble. Nice! It was more expensive than I expected but then again I have never purchased these before. My old roommate had them in her place and they where awesome. No some of that awesome is right in my kitchen. My girlfriend even noticed how stoked i was now that I don't have to crouch down and reach way inside the cabinet. I just slide it open like a drawer. Totally worth it !

They made everything good, very professional, David was very nice, and knowledgeable, they really made an effort to make good on the deal. They even called me afterwards to see if everything was ok.

If I understood the ad, i'd use them.

Installer made prompt appointment to measure for the shelves. He had samples and offered options. When selection was made, he returned a few weeks later to install, he was fast, neat and professional. The shelves work great and make the cabinets much easier to access. They made a follow-up call a few days later to make sure I was happy. Wonderful company to work with.

David came out May 18th 5 minutes early for his appointment to look at what I wanted. He gave me a quote which was better than I expected to pay. He ordered the special drawer units and told me it would take about 3 weeks. He called me on June 15th to let me know the units had arrived. He installed them June 16th. He arrived 5 minutes early for his appointment. He came with a padded work cloth to protect my kitchen floor. He installed the drawers and demonstrated how to remove and replace the drawers if I should need to. He had told me the work would take about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to install the shelves and it took 2 1/2 hours total. I am happy to recommend him to anyone needing his services. I will also use him again if I need to install more shelves.

They are very nice, efficient and responsive. I am very happy with their work!
