+ -1 moreExcellent! Called in th morning and they had someone at our home by early afternoon! Professional in appearance and demeanor. Was respectful and helpful. We had more confidence in this experience because the person giving the estimate was the same who would be providing the actual service. We have a feeling of confidence and sense of security that the work will be performed expertly. We got the name of this company from several friends who haved lived here for many years.
Description of Work: Service person did a walk around of the exterior of the house and inspected the attic. Gave a detailed description of service plan and agreement.

+ -1 moreThey said they couldn't come out until Saturday so I had to deal with the bees being in my home for a night. I couldn't even sleep in the my bedroom. They came out on Saturday and spray but their price was a little high since they had to come out on a Saturday. I go with another company now because my friend recommended them.
Description of Work: I called them late on Friday and asked them to come out and spray for bees. It was an emergency because I am allergic to bees and they were getting into my house.

+ -1 moreI THINK THAT OVERALL THEY DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB, BUT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM OUT MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T GOTTEN RID OF THE ANTS OR SPIDERS. WE JUST GOT A NEW TECHNICIAN AND HE SEEMS A LITTLE INEXPERIENCED, BUT OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED.
Description of Work: IT'S A MONTHLY FEE. THEY COME IN EVERY MONTH AND THEY SPRAY FOR ANTS AND SPIDERS.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GOOD. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY CAME IN, AND THEY DID THE WORK. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME IN WAS NICE, COURTEOUS, AND PLEASANT. HE DID GOOD WORK.
