Buncha Bugs is AMAZING. I reached out to them because I found rat droppings all over the trunk of my car and did not know what to do. Within a few hours, Joey was at my house and completely cleaned, sanitized, and removed the rodents. My car is now in pristine condition and I am so relieved!!

Joey was very responsive to all my calls, about any newly found dead mice, usually the same day. His team really made sure any and all entrances and exits were professionally sealed. They also vacuumed extensively all the areas that mice had been living and eating. I received 3 estimates and he was right in the middle. I would definitely recommend this business.

We have had rat problems in our Woodland Hills home for about two years now and could not figure out why or how they kept getting in. Joey diagnosed the problem and gave us all new clean heating ducts (after the rats had chewed through it) and insulation. He also patched every possible hole and we haven't heard a sound since. I hired Joey for a second job, this time for snake exclusion fencing. I am very happy with the final job that was done, and Joey made sure to do everything to achieve 100% satisfaction from me. Initially, after the job was completed, I was not happy with the quality of work. Joey sent out his project manager the same day to go over all of the issues. He brought the team back with the project manager on site for another 2 days to get everything done the way I wanted. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be continuing my business relationship because I know Joey keeps his word, which is priceless.

*hired for pest control (insects) but this was unavailable on the dropdown menu Joey is professional, punctual and efficient!! I saw a roach in my condo a few months ago. I keep a clean space but I worried there would be more; it’s hard to know for sure especially living in a condo with shared walls etc. He came out the same day to spray, and has continued to do so monthly. I have not had pest issues since hiring him. The monthly sprays are worth it for my peace of mind!! I appreciate his flexibility and quick response to schedule appointments as well.
