At Artisano Tile we specialize in Spanish style applications. Such as terracotta, Saltillo, porcelain, decorative tiles. We do a lot of bathrooms, backsplashes, fountains and outdoor patios and decks. We also maintain terracotta and Saltillo flooring. Meaning we will replace broken pieces along with stripping and sealing. We also install commonly used tiles as well. Our knowledge in Spanish flooring is something a lot of other companies lack. We have been specializing in this for a while and have done a wide verity of installations and repairs. Artisano Tile works closely with a tile shop in San Diego that also specializes in selling Spanish style products

"Never having used Angi's before, we were shocked to receive such an immediate response to our request for help in replacing some badly broken tiles in our kitchen. We listed the job on a Saturday night, got a call from John (JB Tile & Stone) on Sunday morning, and the following morning he was at our house to discuss what we needed done. Since we only had about a dozen replacement tiles (and they were no longer available if we needed more) we were understandably nervous but appreciated his honesty on the challenges of removing the broken ones without damaging the ones we needed to leave in place. Based on his obvious experience and the reviews we read from satisfied customers, we decided to go ahead with the project. Our confidence in his abilities was more than justified. The work took place over 3 mornings. He arrived early and did exactly what he said he was going to do each day, i.e. carefully removing the broken tiles and old adhesives, then setting the new ones in place and finally grouting the newly tiled areas. We could not be more pleased with the end result and consider ourselves lucky that John was the one who responded to our call for help."

After interviewing a number of contractors that walked in wanting wallet open and wanting $10,000 up front to discuss our ideas. Anderson walked in with vision, suggestions, ideas and many satisfied clients. We were listened to and offered advice. Even after adjusting our scope, the Anderson team came in to get the job done with 110% effort. We now have a professional kitchen (new countertops, appliances, glass tile backsplash) that looks out into the most GORGEOUS California room (walls, windows, 10 ft slider and laminate flooring). All of this was done for at least one third of the price quoted by other contractors! We would definitely use Anderson for any additional work around our home. Highly recommend! Our project was supposed to take 6 weeks and ended up taking 13 weeks to complete. We were return customers having used RemodelWorks for another bathroom remodel earlier in the year, but we felt as if rather than rewarding us for our loyalty to them, we became the absolute last priority for them. Early in the project our project manager got a job at another company and our project began falling behind schedule soon after we were assigned a new PM. Rather than working extra to catch up RemodelWorks went with the opposite strategy and would send workers out 2-3 days a week to work on our bathroom and fall even further behind. Incredibly frustrating experience. Could not have felt less valued as a customer. The only olive branch they offered was to offer a vague discount on a future project."
