I really appreciate Arch. Leslie Anderson taking the time to analyze the work my internet provider was planning to do and for offering your insights—all without charging for the consult. It was very kind of you! Thankfully, a tech from the new provider came by today and confirmed that the wire can actually be installed internally, so no need to run it along the exterior walls or bury it in the stucco channel. I also understand now that nothing should be buried in the stucco channel. Thanks again for your time and expertise!

We waited for an architect to help us with getting permit to remodel our bathrooms, 2 months went by and we got nothing. We decided to give Homeguide/Angie a try, and that's how we found Leslie with Leslie Andersen Consulting. We were told that the entire process could take 6 months and longer. To our surprise, from our very first conversation with Leslie to the day we have the permit issued was 3 months. Way ahead of schedule. It must have been the very clear plans she created and all the details she added that we didn't have much of back and forth with the city. It shows through her work. Last but not lease, we thought her fee was very reasonable - our contractor told us what to expect, Leslie's fee came below the mark. When the city of San Diego accused me of having unpermitted work and said they could not find the permit. Leslie went down to their office, went through their archives and she found the original permit saved me from a lot of money and big headaches because they probably would have been permitting these and fines for work that was done without a permit. So, she just took that on herself and ran with it, and was exceedingly helpful.

Leslie took over design concept for a somewhat challenging ADU addition above existing garage. She quickly generated permit set to file with the city of La Mesa. Leslie was very efficient and reliable as well as being a very honest communicator. A+ rating for hard work and problem solving as well.

Leslie was an incredible find. I had had a dreadful experience with a large Hvac company and Leslie was able to rectify their shoddy work, comprehend numerous highly technical reports, deal with state licensing board, city permitting and multiple testing companies. She assessed the qualifications of numerous contractors and oversaw contract arrangements. She was experienced knowledgeable and brought an end to a nightmare situation with calm professionalism.
