Hilario, our project manager, was a trusted partner throughout the process, from the initial estimate to selecting design elements. He ensured every step of the job went according to plan from start-to-finish. Hilario's communication was impeccable, following up at each step via phone and text - he was as invested in the successful reno as we were and we're so grateful for his help! Additionally, it should be noted that EVERY SINGLE pro who was involved in this job was an ABSOLUTE JOY to work with - not only were they top-notch practitioners in their trade and craft, they are also great people. Everyone was friendly, respectful of our property, and patient with our curious puppies :-) It says a lot when the job is done and YOU MISS THE CREW - we found ourselves in that situation after work was finished. Great job Sonny Builders and thank you for the beautifully reimagined fireplace - we love it!

Working with ORR was the best decision my husband and I made. My bathroom turned out beautiful. He made us trust in general contractors again since we previously had a horrible experience. ORR treated us like family and kept us posted each step of the renovations. I would recommend him and Sonny Builders to anyone.

5/5 WOW what a great and competent company to hire. Or, is a great communicator when explaining what needs to be done. He worked by phone with my sister who does flips in Colorado. They came up with a great design and finish that could be seen on HGTV. His crew showed up on time and cleaned up when they were finish. He gave me a bid and stayed with in the budget; even when we made several design changes. If you want a quality job done at a fair price ( no up charging) sonny builders is a company you should contract. Check out their website

Great job on my master bath reno. Or Schwartz was the PM and made sure everything went smoothly. The tradesmen were wonderful, polite, and kept the work area very clean. Bathroom is beautiful. Overall very satisfied and looking forward to the next project!

My manager invited Asher from Sony Builders to paint all l the interior painting of the west wing apartments building, the job was done clean and professional fast. The workers came on time and left the area clean and organised for the next day , I am strongly recommend Sony builders as professionals and responsible contractor .

The project started last January 8 and until now it was not yet done. It was totally unprofessional, very messy, they will come late sometimes they even don't go to work for a week or two. I had to fire them and wait for another contractor. They destroyed items like alarm sensors, window coverings and they even use my personal tools and destroyed it. They even left rotten foods in my refrigerator.

Great experience all around. We are really pleased with the outcome.

I've used Sonny builders to remodel our kitchen and they did an excellent job. Provided excellent service, excellent workmanship. They clean up after themselves. They are very respectful and we had good conversation that's why I'm using them again to remodel our bathroom. They explained everything that need to be done. They made me understand what are the steps they're going to do and I witnessed that. They followed everything what's in the contract. The outcome was so lovely that I very like. I used them for Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling , Interior painting, popcorn ceiling removal and put in recessed lights. I would highly recommend them who needs a general contractor

They came out for an estimate but did not give me anything but a business card. They were not professional.
