The customer service "expert" couldn't understand the unusual needs for my project and kept saying I could not do what was required. I finally asked him what he would do if he was on a desert island with no "parts kits" to choose from and had to fix the problem. His eyes glazed over... He was lost. Standing nearby was a fellow who offered his thoughts. He LISTENED to the conundrum I was facing and using creative problem solving he recommended a solution. He communicated his thoughts process clearly and his solution worked perfectly. I was impressed. That fellow was Diego. Diego is kind, helpful, thoughtful and easygoing. His kindness was refreshing and I liked his out of the box thinking. He is licensed, insured and reasonably priced. After evaluating the project, he suggested saving the lumber and fixing the joists instead of scrapping the existing materials. His work was excellent and he communicates very well as the project goes along, checking in daily with updates and pinging me as problems pop up, there is always something with older homes. I have since hired him to build a 60-foot fence, do plumbing in my house, and help me solve an irrigation issue. All of these projects went smoothly and cost-effectively. I highly recommend him and plan on using him for my next project!"
