The owner, John, contacted me quickly, and came and gave an estimate promptly. We scheduled an appointment for the repair with Paul. He arrived exactly on time, performed the work professionally, and was a delightful person. I was very pleased, but I did think it was a bit expensive for the work it took, although I didn't get another estimate. That said, however, I would definitely use them again, and hey, it's San Francisco!

John Page and his crew gave us a beautiful deck , It was a pleasure doing business with them, They built it from a rough sketch I did so I felt good about it when it was finished like I we got what we wanted. Their craftsman ship was excellent. This is a reputable contractor

John is and his team is conscientious while communicating clearly what he is going to do and why. They came on time and we're mindful of our requests. We had part of a deck removed and added new sections as well. The work was excellent and we are extremely happy with the results.

I needed to replace/repair a large 25-old year redwood deck. John promptly & fairly evaluated what needed to be done (not a complete tear-out, but just a replacement of the deck boards and some trim), supplied all the necessary paperwork that was required by my homeowners association and started & completed the work on time. The quality of the work was excellent and he was also very helpful in giving free advice for related projects that I will be doing in the future.

It was a real pleasure dealing with John. He immediately called me and came over the following day to discuss the project. He had a detailed quote for me ready within a couple of days and we got the project started right away. John went above and beyond what I had expected. As a result I hired John for a couple more projects which all turned out great.

John Page is the owner/principal of Stellar Construction. From our first meeting to the end of the project, John presented and performed as a professional. The work was of the highest quality, and the work crews were of the highest caliber. We have recommended John and Stellar Construction to our neighbors. Since the time of our referral, John has already completed a project for one of our neighbors and is on course to enter into a project for another.
