Absolutely outstanding service! On time, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Thorough installation with servicing the door and hinge mechanism. Suggested where to buy the opener to get the best and save money. Tested the installation and stayed to program the controls and accessories. First class professional!

Very quick to respond and provide a quote. Did a better job of explaining the different options of performing the work than others. They won't be your cheapest bid, but you usually get what you pay for. Was able to perform the job quickly after accepting bid. Highly recommended.

They did a great job. Very professional & courteous team lead by Mike Mohsini. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. Mike and Omar built us a double deck on a hilly terrain. They provided us with excellent service and the decks were built beautifully and according to codes. They also replaced our sidings and added insulation to our house. In all 3 projects, Mike was very professional, scheduled all work accordingly with minimal disruption to our daily activities. The team from Northgate Development was excellent. Mike, gave me an estimate. He listened to what I wanted. I did not want a whole new deck. I wanted new stair treads, new floor planks, and new joists. The frame and supports of the deck were still good. Mike did not try to talk me into more work. He did not act like a car salesman like some other bidders. The team was Mike and two young men. They were very efficient and professional. Mike discussed the various issues of construction and added flashing and extra support. He made sure everything was done to keep my deck structure strong and able to last for 15-20 more years. This team did a fabulous job and finished in 3 days. I highly recommend this company.
